No. 11 : Chicken with Plum Sauce

The Chicken was marinated with cornstach before deep fried and served with the plum sauce which tasted slightly a bit sweet.

No. 13 : Stir Fry Snow Pea Shoots (Dou Miao) with Sambal Balacan (prawn paste)

If you love hot & spicy food then it is not problem but not suitable for kids.
However it is very surprisingly that snow pea shoots (dou Miao) combined very well with the spicy sambal balacan (prawn paste)

No. 14 : Sweet and Sour Pork

There is nothing to shout about because it is quite a common dish in any restaurant around.
The slices of pork were well marinated with cornstach before deep fried.
The ingredients of sweet & sour sauce were brought to a boil and serve hot over the deep-fried slices of pork.
Loved by olds and youngs.

No. 15 : Stir Fried Kailan with Oyster Sauce
(Special request for Crispy Pork Lards to be added)

There is also nothing to shout about because it is quite a very common dish in any restaurant around.
